Aged to perfection over eight years, Laguna Madre starts its journey in hand-selected white American oak barrels for four years before being transferred to rare Limousin oak casks from France for an additional four years. This unique aging process imbues the bourbon with rich notes of root beer, vanilla bean, hazelnut, saltwater taffy, and chocolate gems, culminating in a creamy mouthfeel and an “adults only” candy bar finish. Bottled at 101 proof, this bourbon is as spectacular as the Laguna Madre Bay itself.
