The GlenAllachie 30 year old has a cask strength of 48.9%, non chill filtered and natural color to really showcase GlenAllachie in its purest form. Master Blender Billy Walker continually expressed his desire to use GlenAllachie’s vintage stocks to craft a truly outstanding 30 year old. This scotch has a rich mahogany color and features notes of fruit cake, raisins and mocha, with honey, cinnamon and coconut. The palate includes layers of dark chocolate and hints of sweetness from the dried fruits, orange zest, and nutmeg.
