Gran Centenario® Cristalino starts out as a blend of our finest reserves of Añejo and Extra Añejo tequilas, twice distilled in copper pot stills, and aged in new American oak. Once married, the tequila is finished in Calvados casks for extraordinary character. It then undergoes a proprietary process that culminates in a meticulous filtration through Mexican silver. The result is an exceptionally balanced tequila of flawless clarity and smoothness. (ABV 40% – 80 proof).

Flavor: Sweet and round in the mouth, shows long and intense in retro-olfaction.

Established in 1857 by L°zaro Gallardo, Gran Centenario® Tequila remains a family-owned business and is still crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico at Ex Hacienda Los Camichines. The First Maestro Tequilero L°zaro Gallardo is claimed to be the first tequila master distiller (maestro tequilero) in history, as he created the Seleccin Suave process. By this process, he would only pick the richest, smoothest tequila and blend them together, creating a product with superior quality. This process is still in place while producing our tequila.
