Sadly, CC does not allow UPS to leave packages at a local facility for pickup. We have a gate and UPS just kept leaving a ticket but never rang the bell (once being delivered at 2:36 am). (not CC fault). However, because the vendor wouldn't allow UPS to leave at a local facility, it was returned to CA in which I had to refund (missed xmas) AND pay a restocking fee. Wouldn't order again just because of the inability to leave at the local facility for local pickup if delivery was missing bc of a required adult signature. Disappointed...
