Selected in collaboration with the Rumcast podcast and the master blenders at E&A Scheer, Holmes Cay’s first single origin blend comes from the famed South Pacific Distilleries, the last remaining distillery in Fiji. Unique on account of its composition and absence of additives, this blend is further defined by its youth, which showcases more terroir and cane influence than barrel influence.
