NOSE Light cola, muted cinnamon and cacao present with the first sniff. Subsequent passes across the nose lead to baked baklava, honey and freshly-chopped walnuts. TASTING NOTES The spice rum is dry and crisp on the palate, with up front spices showing exactly like the nose. Additional flavors include deeply cooked caramel and a light sarsaparilla finish.
