The box was broken and there were many scratches all over it. Highly disappointing. I paid for the fastest shipping and received it way past the date I paid for. Not satisfied at all.
I received the damaged product and returned it
Do not order from craft city! I never write reviews but I am so disappointed. My package arrived totally broken and it was evident that it was sent broken. The package was missing one of the bottles and had shards of glass covering it.
My package arrived broken. The shipping box was undamaged. I believe the product was already damaged before shipping.
I bought this as a Christmas present and the item arrived broken. The case was broken in several places and not due to shipping. It was packaged broken. The gold on the handle was peeling off. Needless to say..very disappointing. No customer service number to reach..only email.
