Miel de Tierra is not a typical mezcal. Neither by production nor by taste. It is best left to the senses to provide a luscious judgement of this ancient spirit. Each sip of out Salmiana captures the exotic taste of the rugged landscape where the Salmiana agave is grown, granting a taste of the wilderness in the rural spirit of Mexico.
