Mezcal Montelobos was created by Iván Saldana, PhD in Botany and agave specialist, and Don Abel Lopez Mateos, fifth generation of maestros mezcaleros, who worked together with obsessive dedication until producing a unique spirit by using a unique production process, using exclusively artisanal methods in order to get a product of surprising quality
