You'll start craving it as soon as the sun starts shining. The 2022 Rickshaw Sauvignon Blanc is nothing short of vibrant, with a mix of ripe fruit and white floral aromatics. Flavors of grapefruit, honeydew melon, and lime zest dance together on the palate, leaving an energetic impression and a desire for another sip (or two).

We like to take a pretty minimal approach to our winemaking and tap into some great sources and make varietally true and focused wines. However, the one part where we get to really flex some skills is during the blending process. In the case of our cabernet sauvignon, we have the option of using small pieces of other bordeaux varietals to make it just so.
