Shortcross Irish Whiskey is carefully crafted at Rademon Estate Distillery. In a time honored tradition the Shortcross Irish Whiskey journey began in 2015 when we distilled our first Shortcross whiskey on Ireland’s smallest copper pot still and we’ve been distilling our very own Irish Whiskey ever since. We’re obsessive about the Irish Whiskey we craft! We carefully consider every detail from mash bills, fermentation, distillation, and maturation. We strive to create as much flavor as possible in each step of our whiskey making process.
