“Whitlaw” is a pseudonym for Highland Park Distillery, Scotland’s northernmost distillery, located in the Orkney Islands behind the Whitlaw Hills. Independent bottlers use the pseudonym since the distillery rarely permits them to feature the Highland Park name.
