• Aged rum produced by St. Lucia Distillers, Saint Lucia’s last remaining distillery, in Roseau
• Produced in accordance with the Saint Lucia Rum Geographical Indication
• Made from 100% molasses
• Open fermented for 36–45 hours in concrete tanks using proprietary yeast and water from the Roseau River
• Distilled in a combination of Coffey column and "John Dore 2" copper pot stills
• Aged distillates are matured separately by still and batch for 2–3 years in ex–bourbon barrels
• Charcoal filtered to remove color
• Marshmallow, dried papaya, and sweet aromas of fresh-cut grass on the nose transition to a bright, focused palate of lime zest, young coconut, and brown sugar with a dry finish of vanilla and lingering oak tannin
• 40% ABV
