Hand selected by Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie this unique single cask is matured in traditional oak, with a second maturation in French oak casks, previously used to mature pineau sweet wines from the Charentes region. This experimental whisky offers complex layers of delicate spicy sweetness with warming amber and gentle oaky tannin.
