Valdo Numero 10 Prosecco Superiore is a unique expression of prosecco using the Metodo Classico process of secondary fermentation and aging in the bottle. This adds richness and complexity to the blend. This superb prosecco is dry and medium-bodied. It opens with aromas of fruit including roasted apples and baked pear. On the palate it has honeyed notes and minerality. The finish is lengthy and creamy.
