This wine is produced from organically farmed Pinot Noir grapes from the Casablanca valley. 15% of the grapes undergo whole cluster maceration and fermentation achieving greater structure. On the nose expressive aromas of raspberries, red cherries and strawberries. A delicate and fresh wine with balanced tannins and a silky mouthfeel. Perfect with risotto, pasta and avocado salad.
