• Roasted corn, chocolate cherry cordial candy, cinnamon, and almond on the nose precede a bold palate led by grilled cornîcharred husk and allîand earthy, vegetal undertones of parsnip, spinach, and dark chocolate with lingering notes of creamed corn, cocoa powder, and green peppercorn on a dry and moreish finish
