Wilde Irish Gin® was Founded in 2021 by Long-Time Friends and Business Partners Stuart Hall and Conor Quinn who sought to Create a Luxury Irish Gin for the World Market. We Make Gin for People with Stories to Tell.
HOW WE MAKE IT.
Using a proprietary blend of 11 botanicals gives Wilde Irish Gin its distinctive taste. Botanicals are submerged in neutral grain spirit for 16-18 hours in cold infusion. This base is then strained and blended with local spring water to charge the still.

Wilde Irish Gin is non-chill filtered to retain the natural botanical essence.
CREATE THE PROOF
The master distiller refines the blend taking a 20% cut of the heads and tails and bringing the proof down to 94.
- The recipient must be 21 years of age or above and present photo identification upon delivery. If recipient is found to be under 21 years of age, the order will be returned to us, and NO refund will be given.
- We are NOT allowed to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. Any orders with PO box or APO address will be canceled.
- Items may be removed from original packaging to insure safe shipping.
- NOTE: This item is not eligible for return.
